Of course ! We have a clay mask specialised and made for you ! Our niancinamide mask will help to reduce redness and help to repair your skin barrier while leaving your skin hydrated. It’s normal to experience a slight tingling sensation on your first use. Everyone is different and everyone’s skin reacts differently to certain skin products. Therefore, it’s best to check with your GP if you have any concerns.

The Kaolin clay in our stick on clay mask detoxifies the skin by pulling out impurities from our skins surface. Don’t panic if you find your skin breakouts. This is a natural process of your skin pulling out all the nasties from below!
If battling with acne or pigmentation you can use the mask 3 times a week . It’s safe to use it daily if needed . To maintain a healthy glow we recommend the use of the mask once or twice a week.
Yes! We do have a 30 day money-back guarantee which means we will give you a refund if you are not happy with the results AFTER 1 month of consistently using our products. We do require before and after photos to understand your concerns, so please remember to take photos before starting with Tyche Skin.
We will be happy to refund you as long as you provide us photos of your reaction. If you have known skin allergies, we suggest consulting your GP or testing the mask on a small patch of skin either inside of your elbow or behind your ear.
$10 for shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds
Some countries (such as those located in the United Kingdom or the European Union) charge duties or Value Added Tax when goods are imported. Tyche has no control over and is not responsible for any of these charges. These charges are imposed by and controlled by local governments, border security and/or customs authorities and can be added randomly.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, Value Added Tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts then your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is still in its original condition, Tyche will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to and from your country).

PROCESSING TIMES:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped.
Tyche skin accepts payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
Yes, Tyche skin offers AfterPay on all orders.
AfterPay allows you to pay for your order over four equal instalments, due every fortnight.

Refund Policy
We are sorry to hear that you need a refund!
Tyche will accept all refunds or replacement requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of 10 AUD will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for. Please fill the form below
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
